Order Processing & Shipping
All orders placed Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day via USPS Flat Rate shipping. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will ship the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will ship the following business day.
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been processed as well as when your order ships with tracking information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact & delivery information prior to completing a purchase.
T.K. Poppins is not responsible for items lost, stollen, or damaged in transit. If you prefer a different courier than USPS, please contact us prior to completing your order.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are knowingly made from stock that is in transit and/or not physically in our warehouse facility. Expected date of pre-order shipments will be included as part of your order confirmation and will be processed to ship within three days of product availability.

Returns & Exchanges
Product returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase for a refund of the original purchase price, less a $5.00 restocking fee + shipping. All returns and exchanges must include the original tags still attached to the product and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All returns and exchanges must be approved with T.K. Poppins. Any sale items purchased through T.K. Poppins will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
